Currently, we are exclusively offering overnight postpartum doula support.

Each family has different needs in the initial postpartum period. We are happy to customize a package based on what works best for your family.

We are happy to support all of your feeding preferences. If you’re exclusively breastfeeding we can bring baby to you at feeding times. Once baby is done we would then take care of burping, diaper changes, and soothing baby back to sleep after feeds as well as in between feeds so you can get right back to sleep.

We will need basic baby care items like diapers and wipes, a change of clothes for baby, blankets, a plan for feeding baby, and a safe place to lay baby down for sleep. We will also need a place where we can lay down when baby is sleeping. This can be a bed, couch, or recliner. If that location is not in the same room baby is sleeping we will need a baby monitor to hear and respond to baby promptly when needed. 

Our primary goal overnight is to keep baby calm and cared for so parents can sleep. If baby care allows we will wash and sanitize baby bottles and pump parts as needed. We can also do some lite housekeeping such as folding laundry, sweeping, or loading the dishwasher.
