Homebirth Midwives
Choosing to birth at home is a very personal decision and the midwife you have caring for you should bring you comfort and confidence. These midwifery groups have loads of experience and a strong belief in your body’s ability to birth your baby.
Optimal Fetal Positioning
Is your baby breech or were you told your baby is “OP” or “sunny-side up”? The position your baby is in can have a big impact on how your labor and birth unfold. Most babies find their way into the best position on their own but there are things that can be done to encourage baby to find their way a little easier.

Feeding Support
Whether you plan to breastfeed, pump and bottle feed, formula feed, or combination feed sometimes some extra support and education can ensure a smoother journey.
Prenatal Massage
Massage has many benefits during pregnancy. It can be used to ease discomfort, relax ligaments that may allow baby and your body to move and shift easier, and once close to or past your due date can include acupressure to encourage labor to begin.
Chiropractic Care
Having your body well aligned can help make space for your baby to settle into the optimal position as well as keep you more comfortable during pregnancy. Having a chiropractor that specializes in the Webster Technique ensures you’re being adjusted in a way that is safe for pregnancy and focuses on aligning your body properly for birth.
